Job Title: Direct Sales Agent – Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

• The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new residential and small-business subscribers for internet products

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Door-to-Door Sales: Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods, multi-dwelling units (MDUs), and commercial hubs to pitch ISP internet packages.
• Consultative Selling: Assess customer connectivity needs, explain technical benefits (bandwidth, low latency, fiber reliability), and recommend optimal plans.
• Quota Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly target subscriber sign-ups and revenue quotas.
• Customer Onboarding: Complete subscription applications, verify installation coverage, collect required documentation, and schedule installation visits.
• Relationship & Pipeline Management: Maintain records of daily prospecting, leads, and sign-ups in the company CRM software.
• Market Intelligence: Gather competitor intelligence (pricing, promo offers, service gaps) and report findings to line managers.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree.
