Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Contract (12 Months Renewable)
Industry: Financial Services

Job Summary

  • We are currently recruiting highly driven and result-oriented Direct Sales Agents for a large-scale financial inclusion and account acquisition project.
  • Successful candidates will be responsible for acquiring customers, facilitating account openings, and driving customer engagement in their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new customers.
  • Drive account opening and activation processes.
  • Support customers with onboarding and transaction guidance.
  • Meet assigned monthly acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance procedures.
  • Promote financial products and services to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, field marketing, customer acquisition, or account opening is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Compensation: N200,000 Monthly.
  • Competitive performance-based earnings.

  • Renewable 12-month contract subject to performance.
