Job Title: Direct Field Sales Officer

Summary

• MyKiaKia is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Direct Field Sales Officers to promote and sell FMCG products through our e-commerce platform.
• The role demands individuals with strong marketing skills, a tenacious approach to sales, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Sales Officers will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching products, and closing sales in assigned territories. Ideal candidates must be dynamic, persuasive, and capable of building relationships to grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and identify potential customers for MyKiaKia’s FMCG products.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote the platform’s value proposition.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Conduct product demonstrations, promotions, and marketing activities to drive sales.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competition.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 25-35 years.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
•  Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• SSCE or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques, including face-to-face customer interactions.
• Ability to use digital tools and platforms to track sales progress.
