About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team in Abuja.
• In this role, you will drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across diverse sectors, working with government agencies, development partners, and enterprise clients.
• You will diagnose challenges, design tailored digital solutions, and oversee implementation, ensuring that technology adoption translates into measurable real-world impact.
• This role blends strategy and delivery, requiring strong consulting expertise, product thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, assessments, and stakeholder interviews to identify institutional and operational challenges.
• Map AS-IS processes, identify bottlenecks, and define TO-BE states enabled by digital solutions.
• Translate strategic priorities into product roadmaps, service blueprints, and transformation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to execute client mandates.
• Develop and deliver high-quality reports, proposals, presentations, and digital strategy documents.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities with stakeholders.
• Track project KPIs, monitor timelines, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on global digital public infrastructure trends, GovTech innovations, and Africa’s emerging technology ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
• 5+ years’ experience in consulting, product management, digital transformation, or innovation advisory.
• Proven track record leading or supporting digital projects in the public or development sector (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies, design thinking, or systems thinking.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder environments.
