Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and digitally skilled Digital Marketing Support professional to manage the online presence and digital marketing activities of a serviced apartment facility in Apo, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, hospitality marketing, property marketing, or a related field.
• The successful candidate will help increase online visibility, generate enquiries and bookings, promote the apartments, manage digital platforms, and support revenue and occupancy growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms and maintain an active online presence.
• Create and publish engaging content showcasing apartments, facilities, services, offers, and guest experiences.
• Manage and update online property listings and booking platforms.
• Develop digital campaigns to generate enquiries, bookings, and leads.
• Monitor social media engagement, enquiries, leads, and campaign performance.
• Respond to online enquiries and coordinate leads with the sales/front-desk team.
• Support photography, video content, reels, and other promotional materials.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and online positioning.
• Support promotional campaigns, special offers, and occupancy-driven marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant digital marketing or social media experience.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Experience in hospitality, property, hotel, short-let, or serviced apartment marketing is an advantage.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to create or coordinate basic photo and video content.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to use digital platforms to generate measurable business results.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
