Core Responsibilities

• High-Impact Video Editing: Produce thumb-stopping Reels and video content that translates complex concepts into engaging social narratives.
• Narrative Design: Create cohesive Post and Story assets that align with the “Summer Survival” brand identity.
• Aggressive Growth Hacking: Implement data-driven strategies to drive follower growth and community engagement.
• AI Integration: Utilize advanced AI content platforms (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar) to maximize production efficiency without sacrificing “Top Firm” quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Growth Track Record: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and measurable social media growth.
• Advanced Visual Editing: Strong capability in story-driven video/reel editing with a high aesthetic sense.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with modern AI content creation workflows to ensure production is “fast, efficient, and good.”
