Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in digital advertising, social media management, content creation, WordPress, web development, and graphic design.
• The ideal candidate should be able to develop and execute digital campaigns while also supporting the company’s website and visual brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media platforms using Meta Business Suite, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads, sales, traffic, and brand awareness.
• Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, budgets, creatives, and performance reports.
• Analyze campaign insights, audience behavior, engagement, conversion rates, and other digital marketing KPIs.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Design marketing creatives, social media graphics, promotional materials, and ad creatives.
• Edit short-form videos and other digital content for social media campaigns.
• Manage and update WordPress websites, including pages, content, plugins, forms, and basic website optimization.
• Apply basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/PHP) to customize and troubleshoot websites where necessary.
• Work with developers, designers, and other teams to implement website improvements and marketing campaigns.
• Support SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
• Monitor website traffic, user behavior, lead generation, and conversion performance.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
• Collaborate with sales and content teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Stay updated on changes in Meta advertising, social media trends, WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing technologies.

• Leads and conversions generated from digital campaigns.
• Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Website traffic and conversion rate.
• Social media growth and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and website management.
• Basic to intermediate web development knowledge.
• Graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
