Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Develop timely and accurate digital plan that captures all the digital platforms within the approved budget (e.g. social media pages, online newspaper, blogs etc.) and ensure all digital plan is delivered within 48hrs after brief.
• Ensure timely deployment (within 48hrs) of digital banners and other contents across digital platforms based on the approved digital plan.
• Build & maintain reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment on the various platforms and ensure minimum of 1 report is submitted per product/brand campaign.
• Ensure all websites for the group’s subsidiaries are updated with contents and product information every 2 weeks and submit a minimum of 3 update report per quarter.
• Monitor different Social Media forums, seminars and other activities that will add value to the organization and recommend same.
• Ensure minimum of 3 reports with recommendation is submitted per quarter. Develop a monthly social media strategy and execute strategy to ensure it aligns with the company’s brand objectives for each month.
• Develop a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content.
• Submit every 2 weeks at the beginning of month & in between.
• Ensure that all the social media pages for the group’s subsidiaries are updated with relevant contents and product information and submit a minimum of 3 update report per quarter.
• Build up and maximize the social media pages for followers on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Promotions and post sponsorship; ensure generation of top-quality leads from various digital platforms Competences (Skills)

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Digital Marketing, Sales and Marketing or any relevant field with 2 – 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in data analysis, social media marketing, paid social advertising, email marketing, search engine optimization, search engine advertising, visual marketing, customer experience and user experience.
• Confident, well-spoken and Professional
• Presentable and well-dressed at all times
• High level of integrity and work ethics
• Proven ability to meet and exceed target, deadline and work under pressure
• Motivate, coach, manage and inspire team
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent relationship management
• Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time
• Ability to easily adjust in flexible work environment; overtime, travel, weekends, etc.
• Ability to make decisions and use initiatives

• Business Acumen and expert knowledge of industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong presentation and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft office suite Industry experience
• 4 to 5 years experience with core digital marketing experience/delivery.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
