Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth through online channels.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
• Manage all digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and content marketing.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HubSpot).
• Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversion.
• Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms.
• Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs for all digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to support marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across platforms and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a digital marketing role, preferably as a manager or lead.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress is an added advantage.
