We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to lead and execute our marketing strategy, combining traditional and digital marketing approaches.
  • This role is critical for building brand awareness, generating early traction, and setting the foundation for our go-to-market success.
  • As our first marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing function and work closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

Brand Building and Traditional Marketing:

  • Define and strengthen our brand identity, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Create promotional materials (brochures, presentations, press releases) and manage offline marketing initiatives (events, networking, partnerships).

Digital Marketing:

  • Design and implement digital campaigns across channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage website content, performance analytics, and optimization for lead generation.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the development of high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics, case studies) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Build and engage with a community of potential users across social platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Use data-driven approaches to refine marketing strategies and optimize ROI.

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Work closely with the product and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month
