Job Summary

• We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & E-commerce Assistant to manage e-commerce websites, create engaging content, and grow social media accounts. This role also involves client interaction via dedicated WhatsApp groups.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce websites (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and ensure product listings are optimized.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, blog posts) for social media and websites.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, SEO, and social media performance.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising.
• Interface with clients in and provide prompt responses.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Applicants must reside within Ogba, Ikeja, Maryland and its environs.
