Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As part of our expansion project to provide services to the south- western region of Nigeria, we are seeking a vibrant and creative candidate to fill the role of Digital Marketing & Program Coordinator.
  • He/she is efficient, smart and dedicated, supports the marketing team in developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Elements of the Role

  • Report to the Country Manager
  • Create outbound content such as blog posts, newsletters, e-flyers/brochures, social media campaigns, reports, webinars, and infographics.
  • Responsible for developing regular content for social media, website and e-mail newsletters
  • Plan and optimize digital ads to drive lead generation and follow the objectives of the business
  • Create reports on performance, growth and analytics of campaigns
  • Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic leads) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and develop presentations on services and programmes
  • Performing administrative duties related to the role requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting with students via email and phone, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule in-house and external events

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administrationor a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a related role in an educational services form.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experienced in Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Experience in project management or events coordination from inception to completion
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, driven, organized, creative, and possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tremendous customer advocate with exceptional networking and relationship building
  • Tech savviness.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
