Job Title: Digital Marketing & Content Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Inked Memory is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing and Content Lead to drive our digital presence, grow our audience, and shape how our story and impact are shared with the world.
• You will lead the development and execution of compelling digital campaigns, oversee content creation across platforms, and ensure our messaging resonates with and inspires our community.
• This role combines content strategy, social media management, SEO, analytics, and storytelling to strengthen Inked Memory’s brand and drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and conversion across all platforms.
• Lead targeted campaigns (email, social, ads, etc.) for product/service launches, brand moments, and community engagement.
• Manage and optimize paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Create and curate compelling, consistent content (copy, graphics, video) across platforms – website, blog, social media, newsletter, etc.
• Work closely with creative and design teams to produce visually appealing multimedia content.
• Maintain an engaging content calendar in line with brand goals and marketing objectives.
• Lead day-to-day management of social media platforms.
• Monitor trends and engage with the Inked Memory audience in a timely, authentic way.
• Grow followers and engagement through creative storytelling, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Oversee website content and ensure SEO best practices are applied to improve ranking and discoverability.
• Monitor performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
• Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone, mission, and style.
• Protect brand consistency across all channels and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio of written content and campaign work.
• Proficiency in digital tools: Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
