Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement across online platforms.
• This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital storytelling, strong design skills, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling campaigns.
• You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital channels, and supporting lead generation efforts that fuel our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials using Canva or other design tools.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to boost brand visibility.
• Manage company accounts to ensure consistent posting, audience engagement, and community growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize results.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with property listings and client acquisition goals.
• Maintain the company’s core brand identity and messaging across all digital content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of other design and video editing software is an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and online advertising strategies.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable steps.
