  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess a strong understanding of various digital channels, and have a proven track record of driving engagement, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, and distribution to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists based on user demographics and behaviors to deliver targeted and personalized email communications.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Manage PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to increase website visibility and generate leads.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across digital marketing channels.
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technology, startup, or innovation-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
