Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly creative, result-driven, and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, increase audience engagement, and support overall business growth.
• The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, content creation abilities, and hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and other online channels.
• Create engaging and compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports using analytics tools to measure ROI and improve results.
• Conduct market research and identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through data-driven marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Experience in audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms/tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
