Job Title: Digital Marketer / Online Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• To manage the companyy’s digital presence, generate qualified customer enquiries through online platforms, convert enquiries into sales, and coordinate online customers with the appropriate branch for order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content:

• Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business and other approved digital platforms.
• Create and post engaging product, promotional and educational content consistently.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, enquiries and customer responses.
• Implement digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer enquiries and sales.

Online Sales & Customer Conversion:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries from social media and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate product information, prices, availability and relevant product recommendations.
• Follow up on interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain a record of leads, quotations, follow-ups and successful online sales.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products.

Branch Sales Coordination:

• Identify the customer’s preferred location and assign online sales to the appropriate company’s branch.
• Liaise with branch sales teams to confirm stock availability, pricing and order fulfilment.
• Ensure customers receive proper follow-up until payment, collection or delivery is completed.
• Prevent loss of online leads by ensuring every serious enquiry is tracked to its outcome.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain professional communication with online customers before and after sales.
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Build a database of online leads and existing customers for future marketing and follow-up.
• Encourage repeat purchases and referrals from online customers.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

• Meet agreed monthly online sales and lead-generation targets.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports showing enquiries, leads, conversions, sales value, follow-ups and branch allocation.
• Track which products generate the most online enquiries and sales.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer preferences online.
• Recommend campaigns or strategies that can improve online sales performance.

Digital Growth & Strategy:

• Run and monitor approved Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Test different content, offers and advertising approaches to improve customer conversion.
• Track campaign performance and report return on advertising spend where applicable.
• Continuously identify new digital channels and opportunities for increasing Harmony Sanitary’s online customer base.
