Job Summary

They are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to create, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns for property sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for property sales and brand awareness.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Run paid ads campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Maintain and update the company’s website with property listings and news.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and real estate market demands.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 – 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
Proficiency in social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
Strong copywriting, content creation, and design skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creativity and attention to detail.

Salary
Open to negotiation.
