Job Title: Digital Marketer / Graphic Designer

Position Overview

• We are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketer/Graphic Designer, who will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies while also creating visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• This role combines both digital marketing expertise and graphic design skills, allowing you to have a direct impact on both the performance and the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social media, SEO, etc.)
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and other reporting tools
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for website, email, and social media
• Optimize website content for SEO to drive organic traffic
• Develop strategies to engage and grow the online community and generate leads
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s digital marketing efforts are innovative and effective.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics for online and offline use, including social media posts, banners, email templates, presentations, brochures, and more
• Ensure consistency of design across all digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines
• Design and create engaging visuals for paid ads and promotional materials
• Work with the team to conceptualize and design campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work (both marketing campaigns and graphic design pieces)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing platforms, SEO, etc.)
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• A degree or certification in Marketing, Fine & Applied Art, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 Net.
