Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos

Description 

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
• This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving results in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage and execute digital marketing strategies to promote insurance products & services.
• Plan & execute all web, SEO, email, social media & display advertising campaigns.
• Develop & manage the content strategy including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters and website content.
• Coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic and social media engagement.
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific customer group.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing & measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years proven working experience in digital marketing; preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practice.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools. E.g. Google AdWords, HubSpot).
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
