• Good Communication Skills; Strong written and verbal communication for responding to customers, writing captions, and collaborating with the team.
• Attention to Detail; Ability to manage and complete tasks accurately, including maintaining records, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with operations.
• Basic Customer Service Skills; A friendly and approachable demeanor to interact professionally with customers and resolve queries effectively.
• Flexibility and Adaptability; Open to taking on various tasks, including marketing, customer support, administrative work, and additional duties as needed.
