Job Title: Development Organizations & Partnerships Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Industry: Commercial banking
Grade Level: ABO – DM (Assistant Banking Officer to Deputy Manager)

Role Overview

• The ideal candidate will support the bank’s engagement with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), donor agencies, NGOs, and other impact-focused organizations. You will identify partnership opportunities, structure collaboration models, and help implement initiatives aligned with financial inclusion, SME support, sustainability, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage DFIs, donor agencies & NGOs for funding, partnerships & technical assistance
• Structure co-financing & blended finance arrangements
• Drive initiatives around MSME development, sustainability, gender finance & more
• Monitor project performance and impact reporting

Requirements

• 2–8 years’ experience in development finance, donor engagement, or partnership roles
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• A passion for impact-driven banking.
