We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Destination Management Executive

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Hotel Reservation & Booking:

• Research, recommend, and book accommodations that match client preferences, budget, and travel dates
• Negotiate rates and special arrangements with hotel partners and suppliers
• Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations accurately and on time
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel inventory, availability, and seasonal pricing
• Resolve booking issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally

Package Curating:

• Design custom travel packages (accommodation, transport, tours, activities) based on client interests, budget, and travel goals
• Stay current on destination trends, attractions, and seasonal offerings to craft compelling itineraries
• Collaborate with local operators, guides, and vendors to source unique experiences
• Balance cost, quality, and client expectations when structuring packages
• Prepare clear, detailed itineraries and proposals for client review

Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Understand client needs through consultations and translate them into tailored travel solutions
• Provide timely, friendly, and professional communication via phone, email, and in person
• Handle client concerns, special requests, and last-minute changes with a solutions-oriented approach
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Follow up post-trip to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems/GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or similar)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for travel and up-to-date destination knowledge
• Proficiency with reservation software, CRM tools, and Microsoft/Google Office suites
