Job Title: Deputy Sales Head – B2B

Job Summary

• The Deputy Sales Head is responsible to develop sales plan and sales strategy for B2B market to ensure attainment of company sales, goals and profitability in consultation with General Manager / Operations Director.
• The role manages sale of the company’s products and services for B2B customers in defined geographical areas.
• He is responsible to achieve year and year incremental, profitable growth in sales revenue through effective business development, account management, planning and execution of sales strategy.
• The role is also responsible for deployment and management of sales personnel in B2B Business.

Job Requirements

• Well exposed to B2B Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 5-10 people.
• Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
• As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.
• MBA / PGDM
• Experience of 15 + years in selling similar products with last 5 years at managerial capacity or team leader capacity.

Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 / month.
