Job Title: Depot Officer

Position Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Depot Officer to assist with the daily management of depot operations.
• The successful candidate will support battery inventory, documentation, stock reconciliation and the movement of batteries between receiving and dispatch areas.

Key Duties

• Assist the Depot Assistant with daily depot operations.
• Record incoming batteries and batteries scheduled for dispatch.
• Support battery movement and inventory counting.
• Assist with stock reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of battery inflow and outflow.
• Update depot logbooks and operational records.
• Monitor battery condition and promptly report identified faults.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of batteries.
• Ensure the depot remains clean, safe and properly organized.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by depot management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE or OND.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
N70,000 monthly + HMO.
