Responsibilities
Academic Leadership:

• Provide visionary leadership for academic excellence within a British school context.
• Collaborate with faculty on innovative teaching methods specific to the British curriculum.

Curriculum Development:

• Lead the design of industry-relevant academic programs aligned with the British curriculum.
• Ensure curriculum compliance with British educational standards.

Faculty Development:

• Foster faculty professional development with a focus on the British curriculum.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.

Student Success:

• Implement initiatives for student success and support within the framework of British education.
• Analyze student performance data for improvement.

Collaborations:

• Collaborate with departments for a seamless learning experience within the British school environment.
• Build partnerships with industry leaders within the context of British education.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven academic leadership experience within a British school setting.
• Strong understanding of the British curriculum, curriculum development, and accreditation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
