We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Operator, Supply Chain – B2B

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose

• To accurately create, process, and post waybills and invoices, ensure timely dispatch documentation, accurate data entry, and seamless logistics operations in line with company quality standards and procedures.

The Job

• Generate waybills and invoices for loaded trucks accurately and within required timelines.
• Ensure accurate capture and processing of dispatch data, including product SKUs, quantities, and delivery details.
• Verify gate passes and conduct status checks prior to processing loading documentation.
• Prevent invalid or zero-value dispatch transactions through diligent verification processes.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in all waybill and invoice documentation.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to support efficient delivery and logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and established operating procedures.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies relating to gate passes, invoicing, and delivery documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Internal Audit, IT, and Logistics teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements
Qualification:

• 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in data entry, logistics administration, dispatch operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with invoicing systems, waybill processing, or logistics documentation is desirable.

The Person Must:

• Be computer literate and possess strong data entry skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Have good numerical and record-keeping abilities
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to run shift.
