Job Title: Data Entry Intern

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Data Entry Intern will work closely with the Customer Service Department to accurately capture, update, and manage client information, inquiries, and transaction records.
• The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update customer information in the company’s CRM and databases.
• Record client inquiries, complaints, and feedback accurately.
• Maintain and organize customer records (soft and hard copies where applicable).
• Generate basic reports for the Customer Service team.
• Assist in tracking customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Support the department with general administrative and documentation tasks.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree (or currently serving NYSC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of customer service processes is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
