Job Title: Data Analyst Support Officer

Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Support Officer to support the successful delivery of a project by ensuring that all project data, records, documentation, and deliverables meet established quality standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project deliverables against defined quality requirements and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on information entered into spreadsheets, databases, and project management systems.
• Review and verify project data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct errors, discrepancies, and missing information.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and validate project data.
• Conduct regular quality checks and data reconciliation.
• Maintain quality control records, trackers, and reports.
• Monitor project deliverables against defined quality standards.
• Document quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work with the project team to resolve identified errors and discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic quality control reports for management.
• Ensure project records and documentation are properly maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Quality Control, Data Quality, Data Analysis, Project Support, Administration, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of data validation, data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn and use new software applications quickly.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
