Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting training-related data to provide insights that support decision-making and enhance training effectiveness across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1 – 2 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working with training or data is an added advantage

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
