We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of QuickBooks.
  • This role requires someone with a background in accounting or a similar field, as they will be responsible for analyzing and organizing data to support various business functions.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data effectively.
  • Possess a solid understanding of QuickBooks to manage financial data and streamline accounting processes.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets and extract valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Develop and implement efficient data organization strategies, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting and finance, to understand data requirements and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of financial and operational information.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques; recommend and implement process improvements.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
