Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inventory data and stock movements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory databases and records.
• Generate KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Analyse consumption trends and identify potential stock shortages or excesses.
• Support stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all inventory systems.
• Coordinate with stores, procurement, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and improve reporting tools, templates, and data processes.

Requirements

• Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional Experience: 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, inventory control, or stores management
• Technical:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Soft Skills: Time Management skills.

Salary
N125,000 – N150,000 per month.
