Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive business decisions and improve performance.
You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Interpret data trends and patterns to support strategic business decisions.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Collaborate with teams across marketing, finance, operations, and product to understand their data needs.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Automate data processes and improve data collection methods for efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight anomalies or areas of concern.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
