Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyse, and interpret business data to support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate will transform sales, inventory, customer, and operational data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret sales, inventory, and operational data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, stock movement, revenue, and business trends.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to generate actionable insights.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse customer purchasing patterns, product performance, and sales team productivity.
• Support management with data-driven forecasts and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
