Job Title: Cutting Machine Operator

Location: Emene, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: 2-shift system (Morning and Night Shifts)

Job Summary

• The Cutting Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining cutting machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. The role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards while meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cutting machines according to company procedures and production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and report to the supervisor as required.
• Work effectively across both morning and night shifts, including overtime when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of machine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to Enugu.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday; Saturday half-day (closing by 1:00 pm)
• Night Shift: Monday to Friday; Saturday off
• Sunday: Off for all shifts
• Overtime: As needed, compensated according to company policy.

Salary
NGN 100,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience).
