We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customers Experience & Social Media Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (50%):

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Manage after-sales support including delivery follow-up, exchanges, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from order placement to product delivery.
  • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and present insights.

Social Media Management (40%):

  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team for campaigns, photoshoots, and product launches.
  • Track and report social media analytics (reach, engagement, conversion).

Administrative & Team Support (10%):

  • Support marketing campaigns, pop-ups, and fashion events.
  • Assist in building and managing the online customer database.
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure smooth customer deliveries.

Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or social media management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fashion industry experience (added advantage).
  • Ability to communicate with customers in French (Intermediate Level)will be a very strong advantage.
