Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to manage customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate will handle customer communications, assist with orders and delivery follow-ups, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, payments, and delivery enquiries.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer orders and provide updates on delivery status.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service issues professionally, escalating unresolved matters where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Support customer engagement activities across social media and other communication channels.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to service delivery.
• Prepare and submit customer service reports as required.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Report unsafe acts and conditions and participate in applicable QHSE activities.
• Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, or a related role will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional when handling customer complaints.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Ikoyi, Lagos.
• Willingness to reside in company-provided accommodation, where applicable.
• Knowledge of basic customer service procedures and food/beverage customer handling practices will be an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
