We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support / Operations Officer

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service via all our channels such as online chat , email & telephone.
• The Applicant will be responsible for monitoring our online platforms & reporting incidents that he can not resolve to his supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers to learn about our services.
• Administer support/ Solve customer’s issues/complaints effectively.
• Escalate issues to Level 2 Support or supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic qualifications: WAEC / OND / NCE
• Clear communication skills, patience, proficiency in English
• Must be Computer Literate
• Social media Literacy is an advantage
• Must not be older than 27 years
• You must reside close or within Gwarinpa ( for sake of your transportation)
• Must be able to communicate via whatsApp in flawless English
• Must have a verifiable Guarantor based in Abuja.

Work Schedule

• Working time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM , 6 Days a week
• You must be available to do Night shift several days a week which is between 9pm to 8am
• You would be trained and tested for 10 working days ( including subsidized transport fare from us) and subsequently be placed on probation for a month. You can progress to become Team Lead, Supervisor with increased salary, if you demonstrate great commitment and add value.

Remuneration
Starting Salary is N30,000 while you are under probation.
