Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Explain products, services, policies, and processes clearly to customers.
• Log and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Meet set KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Education: OND / HND / BSc in any field.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, fintech, banking, or a related role is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Target-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be fluent in English; proficiency in additional Nigerian languages is an added advantage.
