We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Social Media & Event Coordinator

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Role Summary

  • We are looking for a Customer Service / Social Media & Event Coordinator who will be the friendly voice of the brand, manage customer interactions, and drive online engagement.
  • You will also play a key role in organizing festive events and activations that showcase our client’s unique decorations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Manage social media pages, post engaging content, and respond to comments/messages.
  • Coordinate small events, activations, and brand showcases.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure timely communication and project updates.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on inquiries, bookings, and social engagement.

KPIs

  • Responsiveness: Respond to all customer inquiries within agreed timelines.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain at least 90% positive feedback.
  • Engagement: Achieve steady monthly growth in followers and interactions.
  • Conversion: Ensure at least 25% of inquiries convert to bookings.
  • Event Success: Deliver events with at least 90% of planned attendance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree. in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, social media, or event coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva (basic content creation).
  • Organized, creative, and able to multitask under pressure during the festive season.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
