Work Schedule: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Sat (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

About the Role

• We are hiring a proactive, sales-driven Customer Service Representative for our client. In this dual-threat role, you will be the voice of our brand—turning digital enquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls) into confirmed orders, driving repeat business, and delivering an unmatched customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Conversions: Manage multi-channel enquiries (WhatsApp, IG, Phone) and actively upsell to convert prospects into buyers.
• Manage Orders: Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery updates.
• Nurture Relationships: Conduct post-sales follow-ups, handle feedback professionally, and re-engage existing customers to secure repeat sales.
• Track & Report: Maintain clear customer records and generate daily/weekly performance reports.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: Proven track record in customer service, retail sales, or e-commerce (digital/social media selling is a major plus).
• Location: Must live in or have very close proximity to Surulere, Lagos.
• Skills:Exceptional closing and communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
