We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Locations: Ikoyi, Osapa (Lekki), Admiralty (Lekki Phase 1), Opebi (Ikeja) – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are currently recruiting qualified and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) across our outlets:
    • Ikoyi
    • Osapa (Lekki)
    • Admiralty (Lekki Phase 1)
    • Opebi (Ikeja)

Job Description

  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and processing orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.
  • The ideal candidate should be professional, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and ensure proper order processing.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure effective communication between the service area and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas.
  • Ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
  • Support daily outlet operations and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Uphold the company’s customer service standards and brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in customer service within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Candidates must reside close to the outlet location for which they are applying for.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
