Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

• As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, attending to service inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience for customers seeking leather restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via WhatsApp and other communication channels
• Call customers to provide service updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Prepare and send invoices, service reports, and job updates to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service requests
• Ensure timely and professional communication to deliver a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in customer service, client support, or front desk roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer interactions professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and WhatsApp Business communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling invoices and reports.

Salary
NGN 180,000 – NGN200,000 Monthly.
