Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and attentive Customer Service Representative to join our restaurant team.
• The successful candidate will ensure guests receive a warm welcome, prompt service, and an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Resolve complaints quickly and professionally, escalating where necessary
• Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area remains clean and organized
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
