Job Summary

• The Customer Service Officer is responsible for assisting customers, responding to inquiries, providing shipment updates, resolving complaints, and ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries.
• Provide updates on shipments and delivery status.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
• Follow up with customers on pending requests.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• OND/ HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• Must live in proximity to Amuwo.
