Elvaridah Limited – Our client is one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, known for authentic cooked meals, excellent service, and vibrant customer experiences across multiple outlets in Lagos.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hospitality)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (6-hour daily shifts with off days)

Description

  • We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with call center experience who are passionate about creating memorable customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Log customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries in the system for follow-up and resolution.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to track orders and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure that the company’s Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets and response time metrics are consistently met.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager for timely resolution.
  • Participate in daily team briefings and quality checks to ensure service consistency.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • 1 – 2 years call center or customer service experience (restaurant or QSR experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and off days.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business).
  • A friendly, patient, and positive attitude towards customers.

Shift Details:

  • 6-hour daily shifts (morning, mid-day, or evening)
  • One – two off days weekly on a rotating schedule

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: N75,000 / Month.
  • Meal during shift.
  • Opportunities for growth and training within the team.
