Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Fashion)

Location: Osapa London, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)

Job Summary

• We are hiring a proactive and focused Customer Service Office with a proven experience in fashion and lifestyle industry to join our team in Lagos.
• If you enjoy communicating clearly, solving problems, and making customers feel valued, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
• Provide accurate information on product availability, sizing, details, and styling recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of all operational activities
• Assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all issues are resolved smoothly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including seasonal drops and bestsellers.
• Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Document customer feedback and issues to help improve service and inform team decisions.
• Contribute strategic insights to drive brand visibility, collaborations, and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc Degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related).
• 2 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry is a MUST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of fashion trends, production processes, and creative workflows.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proximity to Lekki and ability to use social media tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
