Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Job Summary

• Are you smart, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally? Do you know how to adapt your responses to different customer situations while maintaining a positive customer experience?
• We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing fashion retail business.

Role Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Respond to customers professionally and accurately
• Guide customers through the ordering process
• Share accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details
• Process orders and support order fulfillment
• Send customer broadcasts and updates when required
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Escalate issues appropriately and follow established processes
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and support sales growth

N150,000 Monthly
