We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Angwagede, Along Kurudu Road – Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We need a customer service person to talk to customers, confirm orders, and make sure orders are delivered successfully.

Job Responsibilities

• Reply to customer messages and calls
• Confirm customer orders
• Follow up to make sure orders are delivered
• Talk politely to customers
• Work with delivery agents.

Requirements

• Must be serious and reliable
• Must be available during work hours
• Must have a smartphone
• Must have good network.

Education:

• SSCE and above

Experience:

• Experience is an advantage
• Training will be provided.

Skills Needed:

• Good communication
• Able to talk and convince customers
• Can use WhatsApp and phone calls
• Calm, polite, and honest

Salary & Commission

• Basic Salary: N70,000 per month
• Commission: N100 per successful delivery

Example:

• 500 deliveries × N100 = N50,000
• Salary = N70,000
• Total = N120,000 per month
