Job Title: Customer Service and Price Desk Executive

Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive customer service and Price Desk executive to join our logistics team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing inquiries, attending to queries&client requests, ensuring competitive pricing strategies, and supporting our sales team with accurate and timely pricing information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pricing inquiries from internal teams and customers promptly and professionally
• Responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services.
• Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to develop pricing strategies
• Assist in preparing and updating pricing proposals and contracts
• Monitor and report on pricing performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding pricing
• Maintain accurate records of pricing data and customer communications
• Provide training and support to team members on pricing systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass Communication, Finance, Logistics, or a related field preferred with 2-5 years experience.
• Proven experience in a customer service, pricing, analytical, or administrative role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics operations and customer service &pricing structures is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
